M&M Properties Inc. was co-founded in 2005 by two Real Estate Investors; Michael Shuster and Matt Scherb.Both individuals offer years of personal real estate investing experience, which has lead to a thorough understanding of the marketplace, as well as the differing policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws, that vary (between Canada and the U.S.A.) when investing in real estate. |

Michael Shuster
Michael spent 14 years (prior to real estate investing) founding and building a successful B2B (business-to-business) international consulting firm.
He gained invaluable insight and experience in:
- Developing a viable business plans
- Growing successful sales teams and corporate culture
- Developing strong presentation and sales skills
- Negotiating towards a win-win outcome
- Operating a business at optimum efficiency by eliminating unnecessary (wasted) time, systems, expenses, and processes.
As a business-to-business consultant, his goal setting coaching programs and tracking formulas have been used by managers at over 250 organizations across North America, to successfully inspire and achieve excellence from their corporate team and ultimately greater profitability.
Matt Scherb
Matt previously spent 22 years as an Executive at an International Corporation. During his tenure he held various leadership roles overseeing multinational sales teams, IT, Call Centre Operations and Training Services.
Having P&L accountability for the largest employee base, he had to ensure a balance of cost control while managing the provision of services to both external and internal clients.
Most recently his career has evolved to a self employed entrepreneur, applying all of his corporate knowledge to lead three successful companies. His organizations focus on real estate investing, Internet sales, as well as training/leadership consulting support for small business start-ups.
He thrives on building successful systems to deliver profitable business results. He is respected among the business community and his peers for his patience, leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Robert Shemin (Personal Advisor)
Robert is recognized as one of the nation's leading experts on real estate investing. He has taught thousands of people across the world, the techniques and strategies which helped him amass a fortune through real estate investing.
As an author, Shemin has penned 7 best selling books including "Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor". Robert is a lawyer and a businessman and holds dual graduate from Emory University. Robert has appeared on stage with Donald Trump at real estate investment expos, and on CNN, CNBC and other talk show programs like The Montel Williams Show, National Public Radio, Ocean Drive and Leeza as well as numerous publications including Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and Time Magazine.

Gail Geer (Personal Advisor)
A recognized real estate investor and mentor across the country. She began as a personal real estate investor over 10 years ago, and worked her way to become a real estate developer. She has several projects in the historic districts of Detroit worth millions of dollars. She is a consultant to the national real estate investment training company known as PREIG (Professional Real Estate Investment Group). Gail continues to teach and mentor new investors, while at the same time actively investing in real estate and acting as a valued advisor on our team. Gail specializes in Condo and loft conversions.
